Planting seeds of change!

Little Wulan (pictured here) is a pupil at Sakolah Adat Arus Kualan, the indigenous school Forest Smoothie supports.

On June 7th, this 6 year old girl was the victim of a terrible hit and run accident in Tahak village, West Kalimantan.

Just moments before the accident she was dancing with her friends in preparation for an annual event to celebrate Dayak culture, now little Wulan is in a coma and undergoing intensive care at the Antonius Hospital.

Wulan's medical bills are already mounting and while we hope she regains consciousness with the love of her family and friends, she may need extensive care and treatment.

$10,000 will ease the financial burden on Wulan's family and allow them to stay by her bedside, extra funds will go towards her continued care and recovery.
