Our secret Alkaline food is prepared mainly with alkaline water using fresh and organic ingredients as much as possible from our organic permaculture garden. All Fresh Produce is Sourced Within 50km of Alkaline.

Our owners Yatna, Daniel, Krishna, our beautiful team and finally our dear worldwide volunteers have created this genuine, unique, fresh and healthy raw and vegan cuisine. We are passionate about healthy food and continuously love experimenting with new ideas. All the food served at Alkaline is free from dairy & eggs and we try to be sugar-free and gluten-free as much as possible.
